For our main product line, we offer a pure apple cider (i.e. 100% apple juice base) with an abv right at 8%, a berry flavored cider using blackberry and blueberry juice, and an apple-pear cider (approx. 80% apple juice, %20 pear juice base). Some will be carbonated and some will be still ciders. We’ll try to offer each in a dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and a sweet.
In future years, we hope to experiment with Pear Ciders or Perry, and we plan to try some of the more complex ciders including Pommeau, Iced Cider, Keeved, Farm Scrumpy Cider and New England Style ciders. If inventory allows, (that is, if our farm dinners do not consume the bulk of our supply) we will also sell our livestock products at the cideries. Visitors will be able to purchase vacuum-packed beef roasts, steaks, and fish. If possible, these meats will be seasoned using herbs and spices grown on our own property
